IM / instant messaging

we can run a so-called IM bot that delivers a survey to your respondents via their favourite messaging client

the IM bot asks the questions you defined in the survey, the respondents reply through their instant messaging client, as if they were talking to one of their buddies. Couldn't be simpler!

  we have a demo bot running on the following IM networks:
  • Jabber/Google talk: say hello to "netmrdemo@menti.net"
  • MSN: say hello to "netmrdemo@menti.net"
  • AIM: say hello to "netmrdemo"

the demo bot delivers a very quick and simple survey, but much more complex survey types are possible. the same demo survey can be completed via the web here, as our solutions are truly multi-mode.
